* Delivery is not available for all items. Especially right now because I have a hernia and will not have surgery for a few months. I am not a professional mover and I'm not trying to be. I only offer delivery as a service to be helpful and to make it affordable for everyone. I make very little extra money off of it. What does that mean to you? 1. No discounts on delivery prices 2. You are paying for the delivery, not the installation. I will help in any way that I can to get the piece to it's new place in your home/ business, BUT............
You are responsible for: making sure that the piece will fit in the home/door frame/service elevator, etc., providing me with help when I cannot use my dolley (IE stairways, areas with nice carpet that can be marked up, large, delicate pieces, etc. ), ensuring that none of your personal property will be broken or damaged (IE Move fragile pieces out of the area/way) clearing out the space to and the final destination for the purchased piece before hand, insuring that the piece is safely secured and ready to be used, etc. Anything beyond the piece being delivered to your driveway. I'm not trying to scare you off with this "policy", but like all policies, it was developed due to past experiences.
